Project Process

After 20 years of experience accumulation and improvement, BASO firmly believes in the importance of project management in the process of mold manufacturing. We adhere to the belief of customer-oriented and quality first.

In order to efficiently help our global customers to understand the BASO project control process in a simple way, our company will provide customers with a project flow chart from RFQ to overall after-sales service.

Once a project is started, we will appoint project engineer who is fluently with English to follow up and communicate with customer directly.

There are 5 key points we implement strictly in the whole project process.

• 

  1. Pre-Design Analysis Meeting:

  This meeting is held after the client’s approval to start work to help our internal staff fully understand the details of the project, such as the customer’s mold processing standard requirements, discuss the feasibility of part demolding, the feasibility of mold structure design, and internal project engineers and designers , Machining possibilities between mold workers and technical directors.

  2. Weekly Report

  After ordering steel, the mold schedule will be sent to the customer every Monday to let the customer know the progress of the mold. If there is a processing delay, our company will provide a solution in advance.

  3. Mold Trial Reports

  BASO highly values FOT to shorten modification time so we make complete reports including《molding parameter report》、《molding trial video》、《SunUp self-evaluation report of trial》、《Measurement report》

• 

  4. Mold Check List

  After the customer approves the mold shipment, Hua Yushun starts the mold inspection work-our company I provide a complete mold inspection report including each ejector pin of the mold and the water flow inspection report.

• 

  5. After-Sales Service

  In order to meet some special customer’s requirement, SunUp has good partners in Germany,North America, France and UK.
